Rotor's philosophy is simple: if the disappearance of the whole is inevitable, let's try at least to preserve some of its parts.
In this article the idea of reuse of building materials is not promoted because it assumes that the reader is already convinced of its ecological, social and cultural benefits. Instead, the factors that make reuse possible or impossible today, are explored.
