Analysis of building and demolition waste in the Brussels Capital Region
This study explores the flows of construction & demolition waste in the Brussels region, both upstream (on the construction sites) and downstream (in the waste industry). Besides investigating their quantitative aspects the study also describes current waste-management practices with particular attention to their economical, social and environmental impacts. A special emphasis is placed on the question of the reuse of building materials.
